Product Description

Electric hoist 4/2 rope reeving

JL series Electric Wire Rope Hoist is a newly developed electric hoist by our company on the basis of introducing advanced German manufacturing technology of electric wire rope hoist integrating the up to date standard of Hoist. It hasrectangular shape with the electromotor, planetary reducer, and electric in beeline collocation. Reducer is laid inside the hoisting drum, which can completely compare beauty with the same kind of products of foreign countries whether in the appearance or in the technique feature. Especially the modular design reveals the seamless connection with frequency inverter controlled automatic running of high or low speed driving or lifting.

Note:
The standard lifting height is 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 meters, and the max lifting height can reach 120 meters.
The lifting speed can be single-speed or double-speed or even multi-speed with frequency inverters.
The prefered rail for the low-headroom hoist is H-shaped rail, and I-shaped is also available. The recommended rope reeving of this kind of hoist is 2/1, 4/2 or 4/1.
The normal travelling speed is 20m/min, or 12.5, 16, 25, 32, 20/6.5 and 20/5 m/min by request.
The normal rail gauge of the double-girder hoist is 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2500 and 3000 in meter.
The normal travelling speed is 20m/min, or 32, 40, 20/6.5 and 20/5 m/min by request.

Average operating time in hours per day
Tm=( 2× average hook travel(m)× cycles per hour× number of working hours per day) / [60× lifting speed(m/min) ]
Practical Example for Selection of JL hoist
-Rated load                                                                                                                                                                                 10.000Kgs
-Lifting height                                                                                                                                                                               8 meters
-Average hook travel                                                                                                                                                     Estimated 6 meters
-Lifting speed                                                                                                                                                                           6.3m/min
-Number of cycles per hour                                                                                                                                   Estimated 12 cycles
-Number of working hours per day                                                                                                             8 hours
-Duty factor                                                                                                                                                                                 Medium
Tm=(2× 6× 12× 8)/(60× 6.3)=3.05hours
Consulting the load spectrum that the working group is M5
