The electric winch is a light to medium-sized lifting and traction equipment that is driven by an electric motor and features a steel wire rope drum. It integrates a drive motor, a high-strength steel wire rope drum, a control device (handheld buttons / digital controller), and a stable base. It can be installed permanently or deployed temporarily to achieve vertical lifting, horizontal traction, and short-distance relocation of heavy objects. It is suitable for various scenarios such as building decoration, warehouse loading and unloading, outdoor engineering, and equipment maintenance, meeting the light to medium-sized load requirements in multiple environments.

Application:
. Drum transmission structure: It adopts planet grears transmission method. The clutch leads the drum turn directly, and it is easy to replace the worn out wirerope or change the wirerope's direction.

.Wire rope fixing: One additional PT screw is used to fix the wirerope. It is more stable than normal fixing way, and it can efficiently avoid wirerope slipping off from the drum.

. Brake mechanism: It adopts electromagnetism brake, and wareble brake pads are used.  It is safe and reliable. Gear box: It is made with ductile cast iron FCD-45# steel, which is durable and nonbreakable.

 

. Special motor: The insulated class is B. The motor has features of big start torque, small inertia, and low temperature rise. Therefore, the motor can work frequently for a long time.
.Driving gear: It is made with high-quality steel, with a sprcial heat treatment and finishing, so it has features of good wear-resistance, low noise, high driving efficiency and good performance, etc.
. Supporting structure: It is welded with standard channel steel. It can be conveniently installed on construction site, dock warehouse, and so on different places
