 10ton 15ton 20ton 32ton Lifting Equipment  Indoor Double Beam Overhead Bridge Crane 

The electric overhead crane is a lifting equipment that is horizontally framed over the workshop, warehouse and material yard for lifting and transporting materials. Bridge crane is installed on the crane beams on both sides of the height of the plant, and the whole equipment can run horizontally on the tracks laid on the crane beam. The hook and the electric hoist are used for lifting motion to complete the lifting and moving of heavy objects.

New European type design crane with superior performance,compact structutr,optimized headroom space,light weight and balanced wheel pressure which is the most economic solution of lifting and handling materials.

Frequency converter for end carriages,hoist and trolley can be extra equipped,to make the crane running smoothly and stably.
 

Overhead crane(bridge crane, EOT crane) is composed of of bridge, travelling mechanisms, trolley, electric equipment. The bridge frame adopts box welded structure, the crane travelling mechanism adopts separate drive withe motor and speed reducer. 
It is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole.

 

LD Single Girder Overhead Crane is used together with CD1 model MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set.The single girder overhead crane is widely used in plants, warehouse, material stocks to lift goods.

 

LH model double girder overhead crane is applied in open warehouse or rail sideways to conduct common loading unloading and material handling works. It is a heavy duty type overhead crane that satisfy frequenty using.

 

Product Parameters

The girder is U-shaped channel which be made of steel plate, then welded into box-shaped with I-beam. The crossbeam is also U-shaped channel, then welded into box-shaped crossbeam. The primary-side beam use the split-type structure, jonted by bolt, which is convenient for transportation and installation. The up, down and lateral movement of this machine is achieved by the electric hoist suspended from the girder.
